![]() Image via waxandbubbles.com I've probably tried 100 cleansers already this summer (some better than others), but one way most have failed me is that on ridiculously hot days, my skin still looks a bit greasy--not to be confused with dewy, which is fine--and just doesn't feel as clean as I want it to. Now just as there are way too many face washes on the market, the same goes for toner. But honestly, once you try Witch Hazel--which covers all your bases because it's not only a blemish-fighting astringent, but also an anti-oxidant--you probably won't feel the need to try anything else. Plus it's cheap and convenient: you'll find it's available at every drugstore in America for like, $4.00! I like good old-fashioned Dickinson's (oooh check their "fancy" new label design), and I think you will too. 4 CommentsLeave a comment |

How funny...I have this in my cabinet right now..it works really well as a makeup brush cleaner too!
where can i find it? i'm from Manila...is it available here? i juz wanna try...
You can get witch hazel at most grocery stores and you'll save probably 50 cents if you get the store brand. I mean, it's just witch hazel, so it'd be hard to screw up.
I love this stuff! I use it every morning and it really wakes up my skin. They now have little disc wipes that come in an adorable little jar. They are kind of rough so it feels like you are getting a bit of exfoliation action. You get 60 pads and the price is about $3.00. What a deal! It's amazing the dirt and grime it picks up. They're also great just for freshening up on a warm day. Great recommendation!
