Yes it blows, but to borrow some magazine-y speak: you have to work overtime in order to avoid breaking out when temperatures rise. That's why we decided to do the homework for you and deliver an easy-to-follow skincare regimen cheat sheet that if you follow to a "T," you should see results--and by results we mean a blindingly clear complexion that you never have to cover up, or hell, even think twice about.

Feel left out? Don't worry, we're going to cover all skin types here, so stay tuned! Oily acne-prones (and loved ones that support them), your no-fuss, personalized skin care guide, after the jump...

Cleanser: Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Stress Control Salicylic Acid Acne Treatment Power-Foam Wash (treats, prevents, and soothes with green tea and cucumber), twice a day (a.m. and p.m.).

Toner: Once at night to remove all the excess, you know, stuff. (P.S. If you wake up and it's one of those heinous, already humid mornings, go ahead and swab in the a.m. as well.) Common mistake: strip the skin and kill it with chemicals. As long as you're medicating with salicylic and benzoyl, think of toning as the gentle dolt to your tough guys. Go easy on your skin with Camocare Oil-Free Toner, with soothing chamomile and natural acne-fighter, willow bark.

Moisturizer: Psyche! Okay, but actually, if you don't moisturize just a bit, you run the risk of drying out your skin, leading to increased sebum production. Try my own personal secret weapon: B. Kamins Matte Moisturizer SPF15, oil and fragrance-free, and oh so effective at not dripping down your face when it's 100 degrees out, once in the a.m.

Eye Treatment: It's the one part of your face where it's okay if you go a bit richer than usual. Do yourself a favor and try this vitamin C-infused anti-ager with built in UVA/UVB protection: Murad Essential C Eye Cream SPF 15 that treats fine lines and wrinkles, once a day in the a.m.

Medication: Do not skip this step. I repeat, do not. Ever. Skip. Your. Acne. Medication. If you want to prevent breakouts, you have to ensure that nothing funny is going on down there below the surface. I have always had great results with Equate Medicated Acne Gel Lotion, which you can order and has 10 percent BP, but that said, a lower percentage of benz--easily found in any drugstore--can work for you if you're consistent, and especially if your skin tends to be on the sensitive side.
