I always find it slightly ironic that this line is devoted to "Solutions for Stressed Skin," since Iceland is like, the Scandinavian version of Santa Monica. I mean, no one I ever met there seemed very stressed. But oh wait, I get it, that's why they have the solutions! Okee-dokey then, back to the product. There are regular eye creams, and there are eye creams you bust out when it's an emergency, and this one falls into the latter category. You can just feel the rice peptides and cooling agents doing an insta number on your circles, lines and puffiness. (They just came out with the new, slightly more hardcore Hydro Cool Firming Eye Gels, but if you need it, you've got bigger problems than an eye product can fix.)
