![]() Image via Renée Rouleau When I think of Renée Rouleau, I think Dallas: the city of my birth and big hair. But when Miss Rouleau's cleanser won Allure's Best of Beauty 2007 editor's fave award for oily/acne prone skin, I decided to check it out. The packaging is old Texas-oil-baroness chic, but hey, you can't judge a beauty product by its cover. I slathered on the grapefruity sal/AHA/BHA acid and jojoba bead blend and massaged the yellowish goo into my pores. Post-rinse, I saw an overall clear tone that didn't feel tight and itchy--the way acids sometimes leave it. This little genius not only prevents clogged pores that lead to dullness (next stop, Zit City, USA!), but it also fades post-breakout marks. Now that's what I'm talkin' about! |
