![]() If you have super sensitive skin like I do, then you approach new cleansers nervously. Some are so astringent that your face feels positively microwaved, but some sensitive lines just seem like wimpy, watered-down cleansers that don't even remove the lightest makeup or sebum. The latest addition to Kiehl's Dermatologist Solutions line is Centella Skin-Calming Facial Cleanser. Developed by skin docs, this well-balanced cleanser is all about helping you cool down your flared complexion while not stripping the hell out of your natural moisture. And naturally, the folks in the white coats know that the last thing your poor complexion needs is a bunch of dyes, fragrances or alcohols to make it freak out. Even after a long night out dancing and sweating, the Skin-Calming Facial Cleanser wiped out my sweat and mascara streaks without giving my cheeks that awful tight feeling that signals I'm going to wake up the next day looking as splotchy as Amy Winehouse after a crack bender. Supposedly this stuff is loaded with a bunch of botanicals like aloe vera, soothing chamomile and centella asiatica, which is an herb known for its recovery properties. But do I care? No. Just give me the pretty without the flaky, the bumpy or the hivey. So make this the 3,857,578,357th good review for Kiehl's. Are you even surprised? No, I didn't think so. 1 CommentsLeave a comment |

Wendy, I love everything I have ever tried from the Dermatologist Solutions line. Just got the eye cream you and Erin recommended and so far I love it too.
Have I mentioned lately how much I love being able to outsource all skin care questions and issues to you?
