I think I finally found a lip exfoliant that not only actually tastes/smells/looks pleasant, it's not totally messy and annoying. This Beverly Hills derm line actually make some pretty good products, but I just stumbled across Tx and I recommend it for dry, flaking winter lips. Slather the sugary salve on, and leave it on (the crystals eventually dissolve, or wipe off with a tissue) for extra smooth, soft lips.
