Product Fiend believes in looking your best through preservation and prevention rather than injections and surgery. Skin ages and loses elasticity--that's life. But when your face is seen on high def in millions of homes across the land, it's as if the world is seeing you under a dermatologist's magnifying lens. So. Not. Fair. Our mission: to help actresses combat high def scrutiny with care, not needles.

Marg is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful women on prime time, but that Las Vegas sun seems to be doing a number on her skin. When Marg frowns over he sex perps on CSI, her face squinches up and my HDTV looks like it's showing me a map of the Grand Canyon. And the neck--oh god, it looks practically ruched. Could she possibly be forgetting the sunscreen? We thought those crime scene investigators were supposed to be detail oriented.

Aside from laying off the contouring (her nose looks lovely without the bronze streaks down either side, don't you think?) we think Marg should try some serious eye relief, like La Prairie's Anti-Aging Eye Cream with SPF 15 beneath a daily moisturizing sunscreen like Skyn Iceland's The Antidote SPF 18 Mineral Sunscreen for when she's just getting light exposure (in the car, walking through the parking lot at Trader Joe's, etc.) and a heavy duty sunscreen when she's filming those outdoor murder scenes in the harsh sunlight of Las Vegas (or a studio backlot in Los Angeles), such as Shiseido Ultimate Sun Protection Lotion SPF 55 or perhaps Dior Snow Pure UV Perfect Brightening UV Base SPF 50. Before bed, we suggest that she haul out the big guns that can only be provided by a serum or skin therapy, like Fresh Elixir Ancien. And she should remember: her neck needs love too!
