Okay, I still love Madonna, no matter how much work she gets done. But let's be honest here...

This photo of Madge on Perez proves that whatever it is she's doing, it's photogenic as all get out. (Still, before anyone runs out and gets shot up, I have witnessed that people with loads of plastic surgery look very different in real life than on camera. It's weird, but true.)

As usual, the crazy Perez fan club of commenters are fierce. Looks like advanced dermalogical cosmetic skincare procedures have entered the popular lexicon for good.
