Just when it seems like this election couldn't get any stranger (if one more pundit goes on Tyra Banks's show I am gonna freak out), Hillary goes ahead and guests edits a page in US Weekly!

Okay, so I'm sure her press team was like, "This is gold!" when they received a pitch from the mag. The two-page spread shows Hill's fashion "Don'ts" through the ages, and she (or let's face it, probably a whole team of publicists), made cutesy comments in the vein of "What was I thinking?" See the NY Times assessment here.

I'm not sure whether this is totally insulting or what. But if our society keeps dumbing down policy makers and presidential hopefuls with thinly veiled stunts for mass appeal, then hell, maybe I'll be interviewing Chavez for Product Fiend next.

And of course, we'll get a sneak peek into Hillary's medicine cabinet. I think maybe she's a Kinerase kind of lady? Chanel?

oh that dress...but that is kinda sad - we definitely shouldn't be focusing on HRC's wardrobe considering we are at the climax of the democratic nomination. And US Weekly? what were they thinking?
