Another day, another male celeb with ultra chapped lips...

Perez issues a call to get Justin Chambers, chappy on the cover of GQ (German edition), "some lip balm STAT!" Maybe he should try the new June Jacobs Lip Renewal. It's petrolatum-free and has all those good things like mango and shea butter and SPF 20, but it also makes the claim to give you fuller lips by naturally stimulating collagen production over time. Really?  That sounds pretty outrageous to me. I'll let you know what happens...
