Jennifer "Baby" Grey sure looks a lot different than she used to.

It would be easy to skip over this photo showing a rather average-looking middle-aged woman loading up on Ahava products, but it's none other than Jennifer Grey of Dirty Dancing fame. She was such a unique beauty, and her nose job makes her unrecognizable. Maybe that's why she hasn't worked much since then. Another reason to avoid plastic surgery!
