![]() Image via La Compagnie de Provence Marseille I think I'm in love, and it's um, with a soap. Actually, it's not just any soap, but a ridiculously chic looking black-on-black container filled with water lily, wood and leather-fragranced rice protein powder that magically turns into divine soap when you mix it with water. Ylang Noir Pur Powdered Soap not only looks impressive in the bathroom, it's great to travel with. (I mean, no one needs to know it turns into a liquid behind closed doors...) Just shake out a bit of the talcum-like powder, mix with water and viola! And of course, if you're into good old fashioned soap and/or fancy schmancy exotic bath products, there's plenty more... The vegetable-based Organic Certified Liquid Marseille Soap uses organic palm oils, plus it's biodegradable and naturally glycerined. I like the lavender, because it's that tart yet sweet, herbal-smelling lavender that's less grandma and more south of France, but it also comes in fragrance-free and verbena. The matching body lotion, Lait Corporel Lavande Biologique, is just as dreamy and makes your skin feel so soft. This stuff will definitely be your new favorite bath and body line for '08. |
