I figured the most important polling results this week came out of the South Carolina primary, but while the rest of us were anxiously waiting to hear the status there, plastic surgery aficionados were stoked to hear who's getting what nose in the "Hollywood's Hottest Looks" survey. The breathtaking results are after the jump!

The Beverly Hills Institute of Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery has released its "Hollywood's Hottest Looks" survey, and for women who just aren't happy with the way they look, celebrity body parts are the answer! Plastic surgeons report that patients want eyes like Katie Holmes', lips like Angelina Jolie's and a body like Jessica Biel's. The most-requested nose? That of Grey's Anatomy star Katherine Heigl. Aside from being shallow, are people in Beverly Hills out of their minds? Paris Hilton wins for most sought-after skin. [Reuters]

Oddly enough, if you have ever been "lucky" enough to see Paris in person, you can see that it's quite obvious that she's wearing about five tons of spackle on her face during any and all public appearances (that includes, evidently, trips to the gas station). So it's sorta hard to say what her skin really looks like, no?

I feel like if you go into a plastic surgeon's wanting anything other than a better version of YOUR OWN nose, breasts, tummy, etc. you are mentally in the wrong place to have the procedure and are a poor candidate for surgery. I say this as someone who wants plastic surgery, too.
