Photo via Splash In perhaps the biggest diss on plastic surgery ever filmed, Diane Keaton, as a guest on Good Morning, America, couldn't stop gawking at Diane Sawyer's newly plump collagen lip job. Then she said "fuck" on national television.
From Jezebel:
The thing that makes this even more sensational than your average FCC blunder is that she seems to be making a statement--albeit in a roundabout, hilarious and unintentionally attacking way--about the state of older actors relying on plastic surgery and looks rather than the quality of their acting and personalities. Like I always say, the easiest way to rebel against the Hollywood enforced trend is to just say "no," and Diane Keaton clearly feels the same way. Still, it's no wonder actors feel so much pressure.
